Ben10 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering or using any services offered by ben10. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
These terms were last updated in January 2026. Registered users will be notified of any changes via email or in-platform notification.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the ben10 platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, which forms part of this overall agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ben10 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age and above and those in jurisdictions where the use of this service is legally permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the local laws applicable to them.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to have one account only on the ben10 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without any compensation. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ben10 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. You are fully accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the ben10 support team immediately at support@ben10.im.
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the ben10 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform
- Sharing your account with any other individual or allowing a third party to use your account
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that contravenes the stipulated terms and conditions
- Disrupting, damaging, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks associated with the platform
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the ben10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their accounts originate from legitimate and lawful sources. ben10 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete payment information provided by the user.
Successful deposits that have been credited cannot be reversed except under specific circumstances as determined by ben10 management. Fund withdrawals are subject to identity verification and security checks, which may take up to five business days depending on the chosen payment method.
Any bonus or promotional credit credited to an account is subject to the rollover requirements specified in the respective promotion's terms. Failure to meet the rollover requirements will result in the bonus being ineligible for cash withdrawal.
Ben10 reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction that raises suspicion of fraud or that violates the platform's payment policy. In such cases, the user will be contacted for further verification.

Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The ben10 platform is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. ben10 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from technical errors, or that the information contained within it is always accurate and current.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ben10 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to financial losses from betting activities.
Users acknowledge that sports betting and casino games involve financial risk, and that they are wagering with money they can afford to lose. ben10 is not responsible for any betting decisions or game outcomes experienced by any user.
In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during an active bet or game, ben10 reserves the right to void the bet in question and return the funds to the user's account. All decisions made by ben10 management in such circumstances are final.
Suspension, Account Closure & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Ben10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- User has violated any provision of these terms
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected on the account
- User provided false or misleading information during registration
- User found to be holding multiple accounts
- At the user's own request to close their account
Funds After Account Closure
If an account is closed for legitimate reasons (not due to a breach of terms), any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the required verification process. Funds associated with fraudulent activity or breaches of terms may be withheld pending investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ben10 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of ben10 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from ben10.
Third-Party Links
The ben10 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. ben10 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Ben10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. The date of the last update will always be displayed at the top of this document.
Significant changes to these terms will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such changes constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the process established by ben10 management, and where necessary, through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
